The great spiritual masters at all times all over the world have unanimously proclaimed that the goal of human existence is the realisation of the Self, because the Self Itself is The Bliss that is the real meaning and value of life that all the living beings on earth are directly or indirectly, consciously or unconsciously searching for. However, by the great mistake of identifying oneself with the body they are falsely trying to obtain "That Joy" from the ephemeral objective world and thus get totally enslaved and entrapped in the snares of differences, attachments, selfishness, passions, discontentment, loss of inner balance, fear of death, etc; and make life a hell and a curse.
On the other hand Self - Realisation leads one to unity, love, freedom, peace, eternity, great inner relief and fulfillment and makes life Blissful!
Meditation is the way to attain or realize That Real Blissful Self. Only through proper meditation practices one will be able to concentrate one's attention totally and profusely and get absorbed wholly in That and realize one's own True Self by being That Blissful Consciousness Itself.
Here we are giving certain meditation practices to assist sincere aspirants in their pilgrimage to That Higher Self. We do not want to elaborate much on the subject more than what is required. Unnecessary and unwanted elaboration itself is a hindrance to effective meditation as it brings in more and more thoughts into the mind instead of emptying it.
We are quite sure of the efficacy of these methods through our own experiences and successes. They are simple and precise but perfect and effective. You can also try and experience that "Experienceless State" of Pure Awareness.
